Standard Warranty
Your Adaptec product includes the basic protection of a standard warranty. The length varies by product, but the standard warranty is intended simply to allow you to replace any parts that fail. As you become familiar with your product over the first 90 days of ownership, you can also take advantage of hardware and software technical phone support during business hours, as well as email support and an extensive online Knowledge Base of answers to many common questions and issues.
Your standard warranty includes:
- Product parts warranty for 1 or 3 years
- Hardware and software 8x5 technical phone support based on warranty terms for 90 days from product purchase date
- Knowledge Base web support
- Email support
- Advance replacement option available
