NOTE:

1. All service options require an activation period from the time of service registration. Silver and Gold contracts require 15 business days from time of service registration. Bronze software maintenance requires two business days for activation of Adaptec business hours support, and seven business days for activation of 24x7 support (both from time of service registration).

2. Adaptec warrants all External Storage and Snap Servers up to a maximum of five years from the product purchase date when a service plan is purchased for products that come with a three-year Standard Warranty. For products that come with a one-year Standard Warranty, Adaptec warrants all External Storage and Snap Servers up to maximum of three years from the product purchase date.
