Extended Care (Hardware Warranty Extension)

When your hardware warranty ends, your protection doesn't have to end. Extended Care extends your standard warranty benefits for up to 2 more years, depending on the product. It also provides advance parts replacement (we send you the part you need, you install the new part, and then return the old part to us), instead of the return-to-factory replacement (you pull the old part and send it to us, and after we receive it, we send the a new or repaired part to you) included in the standard warranty.

• Extends the life of the Standard Warranty beyond the initial term for up to 24 months.
• This offering takes the standard hardware warranty support one step further with an upgrade from return-to-factory parts to advance parts replacement from the time of purchase.
• Extended Care can be purchased at any time during the Standard Warranty term, allowing you to take advantage of advance parts replacement from the date of purchase to the end of the of the Extended Care term.
